The Children, Young People & Family Health Directorate is currently recruiting to a 0.6 WTE, Fixed Term, Band 4 Administration Team leader role which will sit within the Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health Care Group.

The post will be based in St David’s Hospital.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

You will work closely with and provide full administrative support to an innovative Psychologically led Clinical Team. The Team will work closely with Education Coordinators and Social Workers from both Local Authorities.

You will require knowledge and experience to respond to the changing needs of the care group/directorate by identifying areas for service development and problem solving in order to develop alternative or additional procedures.

You will be key in managing clinical activity including the coordination of multi-agency meetings, supporting with outcome reporting, arranging appointments, managing electronic patient records, liaison with patients and families, liaison with clinical teams, management of generic inboxes and general administrative duties.
