Office Administrator

**Our client was founded over 20 years ago and works with some of the top brands within its industry. Working alongside the Office Manager and another Office Co-ordinator, they have a highly skilled team that require extra administration support.**
**Duties will include**:
Assist Construction Estimators and Quantity Surveyors’ team with ordering of supplies for site projects
Submit quotes and chase up orders
Be the central point of contact for project team members
Send out drawings and documents for authorisation on projects
Update Excel with project information
Document control of all incoming information and electronically file all site generated paperwork
Assist with organising and maintaining the construction filing systems at Head Office
Weekly reporting to management
Other administration such as answering phones, scanning, post, laminating, photocopying, minutes, ordering stationery, arranging couriers to site when required
Assist with the Management Team with ad hoc duties when required
Work closely with other staff to maintain smooth operation of the Office
**The ideal person will be**:
Calm, on the ball and meticulous
Educated to GCSE/A Level/BTEC level
Hold a driving licence due to the remote location
Resilient with strong work ethics
