Role summary: Support the accreditation team with management of deadlines, reports, surveillances and ad hoc tasks.

This role is based in our High Wycombe head office; however, we actively support hybrid working.

Key tasks:

- Process certified reports in line with a checklist to confirm applicant’s accreditation:

- Updating internal Accreditation system
- Updating relevant excel spreadsheets
- Uploading documentation in document management system
- Requesting website to be updated
- Manging deadlines & reminders
- Reviewing reminders and deadlines in the Outlook calendar
- Where deadline has not passed, identify if task has been completed
- If not send reminder
- If it has, remove all reminders/deadlines from calendar
- Where deadline has passed, revoke accreditation by following checklist
- Writing official letter for signature by management
- Updating internal Accreditation system
- Updating relevant excel spreadsheets
- Uploading documentation in document management system
- Withdrawal requests as per above process
- Compile surveillance reports and make recommendations on whether further activity is required, based on set criteria.
- Manage ad hoc requests to provide or validate accreditation data

**Skills**:

- Ability to execute accreditation processes within quality management standards and service level agreements
- Ability to problem-solve and think creatively to meet non-standard customer requirements - while meeting company standards and service level agreements
- Ability to communicate at appropriate levels of a customer organisation
- Excellent level of spoken and written English
- Intermediate MS Office skills including Outlook and Teams

**Qualifications**:

- A-Levels or equivalent
- GCSE (or equivalent) Grade A-C/9-4 in English

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer focused role
