**Job Description**:
This is an exciting role within our Engineering Systems team, focused on providing direction and support throughout the change management process to ensure the design, development and release of new products and product improvements is efficient and accurate.

Within this team, the Change Co-Ordinator will play a critical role in ensuring Change Owners are planning and completing engineering change with the correct process to ensure specifications are correct and able to support delivery of high value capital equipment, on time, in full, and to spec.

To be most effective the Change Co-Ordinator has an input in activities across the organisation and, as a result, has a unique ability to develop multi-functional relationships and contribute to the delivery of excellent change management

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

- Ensuring Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) are accurate and processed in a timely manner while adhering to the Standard Operating Procedure
- Maintain data integrity between systems (PLM, ERP, MES, etc) throughout the change management cycle - System training will be provided
- Generating KPI’s related to change management (efficiency and accuracy)
- Identify and lead continuous improvement activities
- Facilitate effective communication with all stakeholders
- Provide mentoring and guidance on best practice to stakeholders to promote effective change
