**Smart Buildings Project Coordinator**

**Location**: Chepstow

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Smart Buildings Project Coordinator to join our End User Projects team. As the backbone of our operations, you will be joining our Administration Team who are responsible for the administrative processes and procedures that keep our projects running smoothly.

In the role of Smart Buildings Project Coordinator, your work is crucial to our team's success. You'll oversee the administration, streamline processes, and make sure we follow all procedures for all Projects. Your efforts are key in maintaining our projects' progress from start to finish.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Manage all administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining project documentation.
- Streamline project workflows and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Provide indispensable support to our End User Projects team, serving as the go-to person for all administrative needs.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
- Address challenges head-on and proactively identify solutions to keep projects on track and within budget.

**What you’ll need**:
To be considered for the role of Project Coordinator, we would love you to have;
- Proven experience in office administration or project coordination, preferably in the Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) or construction industry.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a eager eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Knowledge of BEMS or HVAC systems is a plus, but not required.
