**The Role**

The Partnership and Regional Development Business Manager will lead and develop the team of partnership development managers, whilst delivering against P&O Cruises sales targets for new and development agent partners, and ensure that the team are workingto an agreed travel agent delivery and promotion plan, supporting sales activities to meet business objectives.
- Development of the business strategy plan and implement growth strategy
- Lead, coach and manage team performance
- Establish strong partnerships with key development accounts

Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK07 and is offered on a full time, permanent with access to our Southampton office when required.

- Be able to build effective relationships
- Experience within a sales or account management environment
- Strong leadership
- Be able to write reports and complete annual strategy plans and business cases
- Knowledge of travel industry
