**Living Well Partnership** is made up of 8 GP surgeries working innovatively to change the way we deliver great patient care and fast, effective patient communication.

The Business Support Administrator provides both administrative and operational assistance to all areas of the Partnership. Playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the Partnership with no two days being the same.

**Overall Aim**:
You will be responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of administrative tasks across multiple functions within Living Well Partnership.

Working closely with the Business Support Manager to provide a high-quality and timely administrative service to all teams across the Partnership.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the scanning and filing of paper documentation.
- Management of paper records; including sorting and disposal of historical documentation and records.
- Support the audit and maintenance of the template library, including letters, forms, and recruitment packs.
- Assist with the preparation and collation of audit information, inspections and reports including our daily operational dashboards.
- Support Business Support Manager and other Senior Line Managers
- Ensure the HR system is up to date with employee data, documentation, correct working pattern and contract type, and any other information requested by the HR and senior management team.
- Create, utilise and update Microsoft excel trackers, at the request of the Business Support Manager.
- In the absence of other team members, support the HR team in recruitment activities, including but not limited to advertising, sifting, supporting in interview and induction activities.
- Support formal processes by note-taking at meetings, and maintaining accurate records of letters, responses, and timeline.

**What we’re looking for**
- At least 2 years administrative experience
- Confident and proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Educated to A Levels equivalent in related topic (Business etc)
- Knowledge of running basic data reports and extracting data
- Able to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Motivated and energetic
- Effective time manager
- Able to work under pressure
