An exciting opportunity has arisen for an administrator to join the Learning Education and Development team (LEAD) where they will gain experience in an interesting and diverse administration role.

We are looking for an efficient and highly motivated administrator with excellent organisational skills who will work as part of the Business Support team responsible for the scheduling and logístical coordination of Clinical and Statutory & Mandatory training programmes.

The individual will be jointly responsible for monitoring and maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS) which involves process management and the ability to problem solve. They will be required to provide statistical analysis on training attendance and compliance with the ability to record and manage accurate and complex information.

This post provides an opportunity for the successful applicant to complete a Business Administration apprenticeship whereby they will receive full support throughout the duration of the apprenticeship programme. Further in house training will be provided with extended opportunities to participate in continued professional development relevant to the role requirements and personal career aspirations.

This post is 37.5 hours per week and can be worked with pre-agreed flexibility between core working hours Mon to Fri, 7am to 7pm. The post holder can expect an agile working environment with some home working dependent on workstream requirements and the business needs.
