**Role Overview**

As the Logistics Scheduler, you will be instrumental in managing the daily schedules of our Product Genius and Logistics teams. This includes organising customer demos, training sessions, and machine deliveries/collections. Additionally, you will take ownership of customer survey audits to assess service satisfaction levels.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Efficiently manage and optimise IPG and Logistics team diaries.
- Coordinate daily schedules and ensure timely delivery of services within customer service level agreements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and support.
- Conduct monthly customer survey audits to gather feedback on service experiences.
- Maintain accurate records and data entry on our system, updating customer information as necessary.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to facilitate seamless operations.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as booking calls, parking arrangements, and general departmental support.
- Arrange necessary permits and documentation for logistics operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Uphold daily KPIs to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum education to GCSE level with a Grade C or above in English and Maths.
- NVQ/SNVQ qualifications or relevant experience in a similar role.
- Customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- IT literate with the capability to adapt to various software systems.
