**Centtrip Ltd is seeking a **Senior Sales Lead **who is well connected across Music, Film and TV verticals.**

**The role**

Centtrip requires an ambitious, creative, yet pragmatic person with the ability to think outside the box to fully contribute and grow with us through an exciting time. The role involves working closely with the other heads of departments and reports into the Chief Revenue Officer. They should be able to cope well with stressful environments and will be driven by commercial targets.

The role requires a high level of integrity, business know-how and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, take ownership and to deliver to the highest of standards. The Senior Sales Lead is responsible for finding new markets to sell in to and identifying new commercial opportunities across Music, Film and Television.
- Work with the Chief Revenue Officer to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
- Prepare sales budgets and projections
- Generate their own new business opportunities and uncover & sell into new markets
- Ensure that C-level executives are informed on the progress of their goals
- Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs
- Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes
- Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals
- Work with Marketing to oversee local and regional sales, promotions and campaigns
- Track sales and statistics based on key quantitative metrics
- Serving as the face of the organisation to internal and external partners
- Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
- Maintain up-to-date records in Salesforce

**To succeed in the role you must have**:

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish (8-10 years experience)
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspect of service and products
- Knowledge of how to develop client-focused differentiated and achieved solutions
- Understanding of how to position products against competitors

**Duration**:Full Time, Permanent

**Reporting to**: Chief Revenue Officer

**Experience**:Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar position at a minimum. Experience in FinTech is preferred but not required.

**Salary**: £46,829.00-£104,944.67 per year
