Details:
The Head of Business Partnerships will play a key role in developing external and employer relationships to achieve the College Group’s objectives, in terms of generating new business in line with targets for employer facing work, bids, projects, apprenticeships, commercial (full price), higher level skills and other plans, and contribute significantly to the development of the employability curriculum intent across the Group.

Leading a small Business Partnership team, this role will also require strong and close collaboration with the curriculum Schools, the Employability teams, and central functions such as Recruitment, Marketing and Admissions across the College Group to achieve its broad range of objectives. Coordinating Employer Advisory Boards and panels and liaising and coordinating a cross college approach to gathering evidence to support employer and stakeholder engagement in the design and support of delivery of curriculum. This role will also require responsibility for subcontracting.

In addition, you will have extensive knowledge and experience of income generation through employers, collaboration arrangements and external project bids including bid writing, contract creation and monitoring and relevant budget/resource management capabilities.
