Ecommerce Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
As the first point of contact a clear, friendly voice and efficient Customer Service welcome are essential. Within this role, you will be answering the phone, speaking directly with customers who are calling to place orders on the website, processing orders fully to completion and taking ownership of providing Customers with excellent customer service at all times.
**Responsibilities**:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with problem-solving and enquiries
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Process Customer Orders to completion
- Liaising with couriers and other partners in business
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Monitor and update Customer website communications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the wine industry
- WSET level 2 or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience and good proficiency in using ecommerce software
- Previous experience with Shopify, Magento, mailchimp and Adobe photoshop an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical abilities to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently when required
