As **Marketing and Communications Co-ordinator**, your ability to spread the word about our services, your knowledge and experience in all aspects of digital marketing and your innovation in maximising our client engagement will be critical to our success. You’ll thrive on working closely with the team, coordinating, and implementing all digital marking activities and administering our marketing and communications projects and campaigns across all our channels.

**Aims**

Your aims will be to:

- Spread the word about our services and specialisms, creating demand for our services and increasing our conversion, revenue, and brand loyalty by utilising, identifying, and connecting with our clients through our digital marketing channels.
- Ensure all our communications are relevant, compliant, and compelling to our stakeholders and take ownership for the day-to-day delivery of our campaigns.
- Review our analytics regularly and use the information to predict where success lies and how we can improve our results continuously.
- Be knowledgeable and passionate about the firm and our services, our clients and employees and be able to connect client needs and questions to our services.

Your **key responsibilities **will include but not be limited to the following:

- Take ownership of our digital marketing channels and make them stand out by planning, scheduling, and optimising inspirational content.
- Create engaging and exciting content including video, images, text, and audio content that delivers tangible improvements in our reach and presence with our clients.
- Become an ambassador of the EQ Accountants brand, mastering our tone of voice, and furthering our brand presence.
- Keep updated on industry news and topics and engage with our client community online by generating conversations that establish us as thought leaders in our industry.
- Collaborate in partnership across the organisation to deliver the digital marketing requirements for all areas.
- Acting immediately to fix issues - proactively identifying challenges and mitigating actions.
- Communicating confidently and kindly with all members of the EQ Team.

- Our marketing activities demonstrate that they underpin the overall business outcomes and focus on client value, growth, and profitability.
- Your support in the implementation of the digital marketing plan helps us to retain and maximize our continuing work and the solutions we can engage in with our existing clients.
- Our website and social media channels are demonstrating consistent and continual increases in the number of new and returning conversions, visitors, and engagements.

**What you will need to be successful**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, personable, and assertive person who has the following skills, experience, and qualities:

- At least two years of experience in relevant marketing roles, ideally in a B2B setting.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills to effectively influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- A thorough understanding of marketing channels and initiatives with a proactive mindset.
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle as visits to other offices will be required.

**Technical skills**
- Analytics and database tools (CRM, Excel, Google Analytics) and marketing platforms.
- SEO on page and off page optimisation of content.
