YOUR ROLE

Our Transport Centre of Excellence are looking for a fleet coordinator to support the management of the company car fleet. You will be involved with the commercial fleet activities to fully utilize all CEVAs fleet assets.

This is a Monday to Friday role (hybrid) and based in our head office in Ashby de la Zouch 3 days per week, start times will be 8.30am till 5.30pm.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

**Key responsibilities**:
Maintain accreditations to allow CEVA’s commercial fleet to operate in such areas where required

To enforce Government Road Legislation and roadworthiness guidelines across CEVA locations.

Eligibility, ordering, approval, delivery, in life relocation and return process of the company car fleet

Working with CEVA transport mangers and drivers to maintain compliance (MOT/inspections/Servicing)

Monitoring new fleet order schedules (in build/on order)

Analyzing data

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You will have strong data analyzing skills and be able to make decisions using the data.

You will have experience with transport systems and procedures

A knowledge of transport compliance and legislation

PC literate and confident with all Microsoft packages

Good communicator
