Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Office Administrator. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operations of our site. This is a part-time position with a Civil Engineering contractor. Experience of working within the construction or civil engineering industry is desirable. Would suit a person with child care commitments.
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role on a Construction Site
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Social Media and Marketing
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Professional phone etiquette and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £12.44 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative experience: 2 years (required)

- English (required)
