We are recruiting peripatetic support workers to work across several locations who can encourage and enable adults with a learning disability and provide practical and compassionate support in all areas of daily living. Experience in care is not necessary
- you just need to have the right values and a passion for supporting people to achieve greater independence.

Our Supported Living services in Crowborough, Hailsham and Ringmer provide support to adults and is focused on achieving and maintaining their independence.

Your role may include; supporting people out in the community, working alongside people to maintain and learn new skills, supporting with activities and providing personal care. A full training program is available to support you in your role - including medication, health and safety, Safeguarding and manual handling training. The opportunity to undertake the Care Certificate is also available.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
