About the Role

FitzRoy Support is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our team in providing high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities and autism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver person-centred care and support
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs and aspirations of the people we support
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and support, making recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational policies
