About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Psychiatrist to join our Community Mental Health Team at St Mary's House, Eastbourne. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing clinical leadership and expertise in the assessment and treatment of patients with learning disabilities
  • Working closely with other community services in East Sussex to ensure seamless care pathways
  • Developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
  • Collaborating with colleagues to provide training and education on learning disability psychiatry
