Job Introduction
Do you have a passion for supporting individuals with a learning disability to achieve their full potential? If you do, then a role as a support worker at our Day Service in Eastbourne may be just what you are looking for.

As a Support Worker you will be working alongside an enthusiastic and passionate team supporting adults with learning disabilities in a day service setting. Whether you are leading an activity session, supporting clients to learn independence skills or building service links within our local community, no two days will be the same.
- Have a positive attitude towards the rights of people with learning disabilities
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills
- Are self-motivated
- Are physically able to carry out all tasks as required
- Are committed to providing excellent support
- Willing to undertake training required to complete the job role
- Have an ethos of working together

Linden Court, our day service in Eastbourne operates between 8am to 7.30pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday.

We have 30 hours per week roles available, covering our operating hours on a rota basis.

Interviews will take place face - to face at the Eastbourne site dates to be arranged.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
