WEEKEND OPERATOR (PART TIME)

Working as part of a team you will be responsible for the operation, running and monitoring of a bank of production machinery as they process and manufacture product for packing. You will also be responsible for cleaning and general housekeeping within your work area.

As an Operator you will be responsible for running the production machines in a safe manner and in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). You will ensure that the machines are continually running correctly and achieving optimum performance in terms of quality and output.

To be considered for the role you will need to be able to demonstrate that you:

- Are a confident and clear communicator with a good understanding of English
- Have a strong team ethos
- Are well organised and can take a methodical approach
- Have a strong focus on quality and attention to detail
- Have a good work ethic and attendance record
- Are adept at working with numbers and comfortable completing associated paperwork
- Have a good understanding of machine operation and running procedures
- Have experience of working in a fast-paced work environment

Full training will be provided on all aspects of this role. This will be undertaken on our day shift, therefore applicants would be required to work Monday - Friday for a period of 3-4 weeks to complete this.

**Our weekend Operators work 12hr shifts every Saturday and Sunday on a rational pattern from 06:00hrs - 18:00hrs or 18:00hrs - 06:00hrs along with one fixed 12 hr weekday shift, either 06.00hrs -18.00 ot 10.00hrs to 22.00hrs every alternate week.**
