Cannock Chase District Council and Stafford Borough Council are committed to achieving excellence in the administration, billing and recovery of Council Tax from their shared Revenues Service.

You should hold GCSE’s at Grade C or above in Mathematics and English or have equivalent vocational or academic experience. You must also be able to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative and be willing to undertake training and development to gain detailed knowledge of Council Tax.

Previous experience of working in Local Authority Revenues and Benefits administration and experience of working with Civica or Council Tax software would be advantageous.
