Job Details

Our client, a leading law firm based in the heart of the city are now looking for a Junior Legal Secretary to support their Corporate team. This is an excellent opportunity for an administrator/team assistant to step up and have their own allocation, working with senior fee earners. They are offering a competitive salary + hybrid working.

Key responsibilities:

- Organising meetings
- Opening new files
- Closing files/archiving
- Inbox management
- Producing and amending legal documents
- Supporting fee earners with billing
- Diary management

Key experience and skills:

- Experience in an administrative role within a law firm
- IT literate - Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Highly organised
