An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator with our well established, leading client based in Chesterfield.

Key Duties and Responsibilities will include:

- Answering internal and external telephone calls in a professional manor
- Making outbound calls to existing customers following up quotations sent
- Assist the sales team with outbound calls to new and existing customers
- Dealing with general office duties and assisting department managers with ad-hoc tasks
- Processing sales orders
- Updating internal CRM database
- Update the company's Excel system with all relevant information
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience

Full-time, Permanent opportunity - Office hours 9:00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday - 37.5 Hours per week.
