Customer Service Administrator

**Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator**:
- ** Customer Support**: Serve as the main point of contact for customer enquiries, providing timely and accurate information, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- ** Order Processing**: Efficiently process customer orders, track shipments, and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure on-time delivery
- ** Documentation**: Maintain organised records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries
- ** Communication**: Keep customers informed about order status, product updates, and any relevant information to enhance their overall experience
- ** Issue Resolution**: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
- ** Administrative Tasks**: Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and maintaining customer databases
Skills needed of the Customer Service Administrator:
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Positive and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities
