Professional Property Administrator

The Opportunity
King West are looking for an experienced individual to assist the professional departments and to work within our established and ambitious team in Market Harborough. The opportunity is to provide front line administrative support across a wide spectrum of work for the company. We’re looking for an experienced individual to join us and help continue our client services and growth of the departments by ensuring the team runs efficiently.
Contract: 25-30hr/week contract, located in the Market Harborough office, minimum 4 days per week (Monday - Friday). Salary is from £22,000 per year for the full time equivalent, to be adjusted pro-rata.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Assistance with Terms of Business and the client contact database.
- Assisting with setting up new clients, AML and file management.
- Assisting with lettings, to include marketing, deposits, referencing and AST’s.
- Attending occasional accompanied viewings
- Assisting with contractors and H&S requirements.
- Assisting with the production of formal valuation reports.
- Assisting with collation of comparable evidence.
- Assistance with property management software.
- Electronic and paper filing.
- Raising invoices and maintaining departmental spreadsheets.
- Answering the telephone and general organisation of department.
Key Skills
- Previous experience working in similar roles, ideally in residential lettings.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Great organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Self-motivated and ability to cope with routine tasks and multi-tasking.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The ability to work effectively within a team.
- Full clean driving licence.

**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year
