The posts are home based and term time, with the requirement to attend meetings in school some evenings and occasionally in the morning. Experience of clerking in a school, is desirable but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1.Administrative and organisational support to the board

2.Provision of guidance to ensure that the board works in compliance with the appropriate legal and regulatory framework, and understands the potential consequences for non-compliance

3.Advice on procedural matters relating to the operation of the board.

4.Provision of accurate minutes to reflect the discussion and decisions taken by the board.

**Your Skills**:
1.You will have excellent organisational skills with a knowledge of minute taking and record keeping.
