The Clerk is the Governors' first point of contact for a range of governance matters and is a key enabler for effective governance. To succeed in this role, you will need to have extensive experience of working in senior administrative roles, including clerking executive level boards, alongside a good understanding of the roles and responsibilities of School Governors and the frameworks in which they operate. Able to liaise effectively with governors, senior staff and a wide range of stakeholders, you will have excellent communication skills with an ability to demonstrate tact and diplomacy at all times.
