**JUNIOR ADMINISTRATOR**

We are seeking a Junior Administrator for our location at our Longbridge Lane office, Derby to work as part of our Business Support Team. **Applications from recent college/university leavers are welcomed**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The Business Support Team deliver high quality customer focused business support services and partnership to the leadership teams and site business units.

In this role as Business Support Administrator you will provide reception and administrative support to all areas and levels of the business, supporting internal effectiveness and portraying a professional image of the company externally. Key responsibilities include:

- Meet and greet company visitors.
- Process and record visitor screening in line with our Access, Security and Trade Compliance Procedures and GDPR.
- Manage and co-ordinate travel arrangements, including booking accommodation, international flights and cars, ensuring company policies and procedures are followed and carried out in the most cost effective manner.
- Provide first-class customer service to both internal and external customers to ensure a professional view of the Company/Function is presented at all times.
- Manage correspondence and documentation appropriately to ensure effective communication and departmental processes are maintained.
- Provide administrative support, ensuring high levels of accuracy and confidentiality at all times to support the smooth running of department.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Some administrative experience _(desirable)_
- Good attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both face to face and telephone/online.
- A flexible approach to your workload, with an ability to prioritise as required.
- Good IT skills with experience and confidence of using the full Office 365 package.
- A full, UK driving licence is essential as the role will involve travel between our two Derby sites and the occasional collection/delivery of company fleet vehicles.
- Completed a relevant Business Administration course _(desirable)_
