We currently have a 5 bed home.
- Oversee all regulated activity on site and service management.
- Ensure the service is run well and safely.
- Ensure that the service is compliant with service regulations and standards.
- Make sure that the service is managed and has the right resources.
- Provide management support and professional supervision to the registered manager.
- Have effective knowledge and an understanding of safeguarding and business management.
- Ensure policies and procedures are up to date and carried throughout the organisation.
- Legally represent the company to our regulators Ofsted.
- Quality assurance of the homes documentation systems.
- Coordinate and communicate with commissioners and other local authority professionals

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in the child residential setting.
- Knowledge of quality standards, SCIFF and children's home regulations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must hold a Level 5 in Leadership and Management.

- Director

**Salary**: £55,000.00 - £60,000 depending on experience per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In personResponsibilities:

- Provide leadership and supervision to a team of caregivers in an assisted living or home care setting.
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the facility or care program.
- Ensure the well-being and safety of senior residents or clients, including those with dementia care needs.
- Develop and implement care plans, including medication administration, in accordance with individual needs and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and communicate with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to ensure quality care delivery.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to monitor the progress and effectiveness of care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to resident/client care.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in senior care, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Knowledge of assisted living regulations, dementia care practices, and medication administration protocols.
- Strong organizational and managerial skills to effectively oversee a team and manage daily operations.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
