We have an exciting opportunity for a **Night Residential Support Worker** who can provide a positive living experience for the resident young people by caring for their psychical, emotional and social needs.

**About the role**:
You will work as part of a team that encourage and stimulate emotional and social growth by devising and organising family activities, encouraging the Parent and Child to socialise and to join organisations outside the Home.

**As part of this role**:

- You will make specific contributions to the, formation and the implementation of care/placement for young people
- Work in partnership with families and carers of children, Social Workers and other outside agencies, as required
- Participate in the admission process, case conferences and reviews, producing reports on individual children, young people’s development, progress.

You will be:

- Committed to working with Families and their Children within a residential setting behaviour can be complex and challenging.
- Be Creative and able to use your own initiative whilst working in a challenging environment.
- Enthusiastic and highly adaptable to changing circumstances.
- Capacity to complete parenting assessments and deliver evidence to court
- Good written and communication skills
- Adaptable to varied types of parenting
