We are recruiting for Residential Support Worker's to support a young person who is transitioning into their own semi-independent home located close to Aylesbury. Travel will be required to their current accomodation to begin with, to establish a relationship with the young person ahead of their transition.

You will be supporting this young person who has a great sense of humour on a 4-1 basis and promoting positivity and independence.

- Ability to attend a PROACT-SCIPr training course & First Aid training.
