**Position**: Pharmacy Customer Service Advisor

**Responsibilities**:As a Pharmacy Customer Service Advisor, you will be the frontline representative of our pharmacy, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive and seamless experience for our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
**Prescription Management**: Process prescription orders accurately, liaise with healthcare providers, and ensure compliance for our patients to receive the best pharmaceutical care.

**Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about the latest pharmaceutical products, over-the-counter medications, and health-related items to provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information.

**Problem Resolution**: Handle customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to finding effective resolutions. Managing prescriptions so that any issues are handled swiftly and effectively, keeping everyone informed.

**Communication**: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions, perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

**Data Entry and Admin Duties**: Perform data entry tasks related to prescription orders and customer information. Assist with administrative duties, such as maintaining customer records, managing phone inquiries, and ensuring accurate documentation.

**Maintaining Cleanliness**: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy area, including shelves and displays.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in prescription processing.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Fluent in English
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve customer issues effectively
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

The Village Pharmacy Hub / Prescription Portal Pharmacy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From £11.44 per hour
