Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our office team. We are a family run business that specialise in fabrication and installion of Aluminium Glazing systems. Over the years we have grown organically and now looking for someone dedicated, prideful in the work they do, meticulous and looking for a more family like work environment instead of a corporate one. Customer Service & estimating assistant you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.

**Duties**:

- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and projects
- Assist customers with placing orders, providing quotations in a timely manner and general enquiries
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed, digitally and manually (paperwork)
- Collaborate with Senior office staff and Suppliers to address customer inquiries or escalate complex issues
- Identify potential issues from Customers/suppliers and prevent them from happening
- Follow company estimating procedures to ensure consistent service and maximising conversion from Quotes to Orders
- Provide a customer callback service to completed projects and asking for a google review when applicable
- Ensuring customers feedback is logged for further development and progression of product, service and overall glazing package

**Requirements**:

- Maths & English GCSE or equivalent grades A - C
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, (outlook, word and excel in particular)
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of window & door systems or relevant industry experience preferred

**Salary**: Up to £14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 45 per week
