**About the Role**

Assisting and supporting Heads of Faculties, lecturers, and other professional services staff throughout the academic year to provide administrative support.

The roles and responsibilities consist of:

- Enrolling, transferring, and withdrawing students
- Checking enrolment paperwork
- Creating and supporting academic staff with timetables and registers
- Assisting Heads of Faculties forecasting their upcoming years curriculum.
- Checking students’ personal information is current and correct.
- Providing assistance and training for the college wide student database (ProSolution).
- Being part of a team consisting of 4 other Business Partners and 1 Senior Business Partner led by the MIS Manager.

Additionally, you will be self-motivated with a positive attitude, empathetic, understanding and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
