Assistant Director for Adult Community and Care

Redbridge Integrated Health and Care services (established since 2016) offer a unique opportunity for the post holder to lead and manage both adult health and social care in the community. Redbridge's vision is to improve the health of all residents while promoting their independence to live fulfilled lives free from long-term illness and disabilities. Redbridge Integrated health and care services aim to deliver this vision by partnering with our residents, families, carers staff and other providers to increase the depth and breadth of our integrated services within NELFT, London Borough of Redbridge and our other key partners. Lead on Redbridge Adult Community Health Services.
Operational management of one of four Integrated Community Health and Social Care Services.
Operational management of Borough-Wide/ BHR wide Community Adult Health Services.
Lead on key transformation projects.

COVID-19 Vaccination

Probationary Period
Starting with NELFT
NELFT place a great deal of importance on new starters being properly welcomed and inducted into the Trust. All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and will undertake a comprehensive induction of up to two weeks which will include mandatory training, systems training and the allocation of equipment. As part of the process new starters will have the opportunity to also meet the executive team, senior managers and attend a number of drop in sessions focusing in engagement, health and wellbeing and key processes. The induction will be held at our head office in Rainham, Essex.
High Cost Area Supplement - London
This post also attracts payment for High Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary (minimum payment of £4,313 and a maximum payment of £5,436 per annum pro rata).
