**Immigration Coordinator**

**ABOUT VIRA INTERNATIONAL**

The position will be based at our offices in Harrow on the Hill.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- To remain up to date with all relevant legislation changes and policy updates and liaise closely with the Home Office.
- Advise, assess and collect relevant documents for immigration process.
- Advise and manage Sponsors on UKVI compliance.
- Ability to maintain legible and accurate records and Comply with the Data Protection.
- Act 1998 and GDPR.
- Conduct HR audits for clients for Home Office compliance visits.
- Represent Clients in other matters relating to visas and sponsorship license.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Accuracy and eye for detail is essential.
- Experience in similar role would be an advantage but not essential.
- Strong IT skills (especially good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel).
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team, discreet, trustworthy and reliable.

We are a specialist International Recruitment and Immigration Consultancy, founded in 1970 and we are in our 5th decade of operations. We are growing rapidly and now we require Compliance Officer (full time) to join the Immigration Team to assist with: examines procedures and meet regulatory standards by Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC), Perform HR audits with clients for UK Visa and Immigration (UKVI) sponsor license compliance, Considers the impact of new immigration rules upon existing and new cases, Communication and information to be articulated across the internal departments in a fast-paced business with friendly and cheerful team.

The position will be based at our offices in Harrow on the Hill.

- Review and ensure that all the information provided by clients is accurate and correct for preparing and checking all legal documents.
- Review and complete all relevant visa and immigration documents, within the time limits.
- Support all aspects of the immigrations team on day-to-day basis.
- Contemplate change of Immigration rules and support existing and new cases.
- Support examination on processes to ensure all standards by Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner are fully met.
