About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Current NMC registration and a strong understanding of clinical practices

- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, with a focus on person-centered support
