About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our dynamic team at London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our patients in a day care setting.

Main Responsibilities

As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for working closely with our registered nursing and medical team to deliver excellent clinical care. Your duties will include providing direct and indirect patient care, demonstrating considerable responsibility and autonomy, and providing guidance for junior staff within the team.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in healthcare, with experience working as a Band 2 and above. You will also need to have knowledge and experience of working in an acute setting, with a focus on complex care within a day unit setting. Additionally, you will need to have phlebotomy skills and good communication skills.
