**Finance and payroll Coordinator**

Start Date: Immediate start

Permanent

Starting rate Salary £30,940 per annum - Experienced Finance only

Location: 1 Cardiff Road, Taffs Well, Cardiff, CF15 7RA

Working days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Working hours: 8:00am-5:00pm

Including a 30-minute lunch break each day. You will be given a 30 minute break in the afternoon 8 hours per day = 40 hours a week

You are expected to:
Have excellent communication skills in both telephone and face to face

Have a great ability to build relationships with customers and staff.

Be numerate and IT literate

Have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Xero/Sage, Payroll

Have experience with time sheets, accounting and payroll.

Be highly organised, methodical, consistent, an eye for detail, a great finisher and efficient.

Good presentation is essential

Managing conflicting priorities, work well under pressure and finish all daily tasks

Role and Responsibilities:

- Reception duties, including answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments
- Follow up on phone calls and contacts as appropriate
- Processing of expenses and invoices
- Filing and archiving accurate records
- Contact suppliers to negotiate prices
- Negotiate new customer accounts and contracts
- Organise and audit the company's systems, databases, and procedures

Your duties will also include but are not limited to:
Checking, recording and filing daily takings from teams, deliveries and pick-ups and Laundry Room

In Xero: Reconcile all payments received ie. bank transfers, cheques and cash

Invoice commercial cleaning, domestic cleaning and laundry customers

In Excel: Record all PDQ card, Cash and Cheque payments received

Check all laundry bills and sheets for any errors and make sure laundry customers have paid before leaving for a delivery

Calculating time sheets and recording hours worked ready for payroll

End of day cashing up

Liaising with staff and customers

Chase and manage debtors

Updating finance files

Promoting the company, the services it offers at every opportunity

Providing administrative support to the General Manager

Assisting and covering payroll and payments
