**Role Description**
- Princes Cardiff is looking for a Colleague Training Co-Ordinator to join our leading Manufacturing site based in Cardiff. Princes has invested £60 million into the Cardiff site transforming it into one of Europe's leading Centre's of Juice Excellence.
- As a Colleague Training Co-Ordinator you will work with peers to create and deliver colleague training across UK operational sites ensuring full compliance with business and technical requirements. This will be achieved through being an advocate for and displaying the Princes Values and Princes Way of behaviours and competencies.
- No Direct Reports
- No budgetary responsibility

**Working Hours**
This is a Monday - Friday position working 08.45 - 17.00 at the Cardiff site.

**Key Role Focus/Overview**
To deliver and manage the end-to-end Induction experience for New Starters (from Day One to 30,60,90 Days) and create an improved experience that considers; a welcoming environment, supported colleagues and great knowledge transfer by ‘buddy’s/Mentors/Subject Matter Experts so new starters feel confident & valued.
Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure regulatory/audit training requirements (e.g., Health & Safety, Technical) are completed and records are kept up to date and submitted to Colleague Training Lead.

Working with Colleague Training Lead and Colleague Training Co-Ordinator peers to ensure all operational training needs move to a consistent approach across all UK Operations sites to create a ‘One Princes’ gold standard.

Ensures that any operational training intervention touch point is engaging, knowledge is retained by colleagues and follow up is adhered to check understanding.
Works as part of a remote team of other site-based Colleague Training Co-Ordinators to create a ‘one team’ focus that are motivated to become a training team that is impactful and make a positive difference at sites for all Colleague Training initiatives.

- Excellent Training Delivery Experience (Blended) - Essential.
- Excellent presentation skills - Essential.
- Excellent personal and time management skills - Essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Essential.
- Computer literate with good Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills - Essential.
- Is self-motivated but a key team player within a remote working team - Essential.
- Understands and actively uses the 4 levels of training measurements - Essential.
- Highly organised with the ability to multi-task. - Desirable.
- Ability to respond flexibly to a constantly changing environment - Essential.
