**Starting salary: £22,500 rising to £23,500 after successful 6 month probation**

We have an exciting opportunity to become an integral member of the Production Department as a Property Report Assistant(Search Analyst)
Your primary responsibility will be to compile accurate and comprehensive Regulated Local Authority Searches utilizing data from various sources. This role plays a pivotal part in creating essential legal documents that support property purchases. Additionally, you will provide technical support to team members and actively contribute to achieving Key Performance Indicators within the Production Team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Utilize websites, databases, and documentation obtained from Local Authorities to compile Regulated Local Authority Searches, ensuring meticulous attention to detail at every stage.
- Input compiled data accurately using a bespoke template to generate legal documents known as Regulated Local Authority Searches, a crucial component for property purchasers.
- Provide technical advice and assistance to team members on matters related to the Regulated Local Authority Searches product.
- Proactively identify and implement solutions to technical challenges as they arise during the compilation process.
- Fulfill various administrative roles that contribute to the achievement of Key Performance Indicators within the Production Team.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work meticulously in a data-driven environment.
- Experience with using websites, databases, and documentation from Local Authorities for property-related information.
- Familiarity with Planning/Building Control property histories and Local Plan Constraints.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide technical guidance to team members.
