Expert Commercial Property Solicitor

This is an exciting opportunity for an NQ lawyer to develop their skills and experience in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively, with strong IT skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review documents related to commercial property transactions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Provide assistance to senior team members with high-value transactions, demonstrating a proactive approach and ability to work collaboratively
- Prepare for completion meetings, handle post-completion filings, and prepare completion bibles, showcasing exceptional organizational skills
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of commercial property law and its applications, using this knowledge to drive business growth and development
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies, leveraging proven marketing skills to generate new business opportunities
Candidate Specification:
- NQ - 2 years PQE, with a strong background in commercial property law
- Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines effectively
- Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in relevant software and systems
- Strong business development skills, with a proven track record of generating new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and technical skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with senior team members
