Senior Associate Residential Property Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Residential Property to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of residential property work, including fee earning and compliance with regulatory procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the department in meeting its fee earning targets by providing expert advice and assistance to clients.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory procedures and maintain a high level of technical competence in residential property law.
- Supervise junior staff and delegate work effectively to ensure the successful development of the firm.
- Contribute to the development of the firm's business plan and achieve or exceed targets for chargeable hours, fees, and recovery rate.
- A good honours degree followed by LPC, training contract, and PSC, or a good honours degree with CILEX to Fellow level, LPC, and PSC, and admission as a Solicitor by the SRA.
- Demonstrates a high level of technical competence in residential property law with no need for supervision.
- Has the confidence of all Partners and colleagues in handling referred work, including quality of advice, service levels, and fees charged.
- Achieves or exceeds targets for chargeable hours, fees, recovery rate, and lock-up time.
- Consistently demonstrates willingness and aptitude to help those outside the individual's own practice area and take part in management, marketing, and practice development activities.
