**Administrative Assistant**
Africa Risk Compliance Limited is seeking a highly organised and efficient administrative assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and providing support to the Group Finance Manager. Ideal for someone looking to start their career in Admin Finance support.
- Processing invoices / receipts, using Monday boards, QuickBooks & Xero.
- Maintain and organise office supplies, files, and records.
- Data entry and general ad hoc duties as and when required.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost professionalism.
- Supporting the management team where needed with the administration of office functions.
**The Successful Applicant**
- Worked in an administrative role previously.
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Is computer literate.
- A high level of attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience of working with MS Office, mainly Excel. Previous use of QuickBooks or Xero would be beneficial but not necessary.
- We have offices in Woodbury & Exmouth, therefore, being within commuting distance and holding a valid driver’s license will be necessary.
