You’re an experienced salesperson preferably in the waste and or construction industries with the gift of the gab, You find things a little stale and samey in your current role.

You are brilliant at all the usual Sales stuff but yearn for something just a little bit different. Some excitement, pace and new challenges will keep you on your feet, test your skills and provide you with the opportunity to shine.

You eat sales targets, customer delight and success for breakfast and you also love to bring process and order whilst working to smash targets

NWH Group is recruiting for a Lothians-based Sales Executive to prospect new customers, create your own pipeline and close your opportunities. NWH is a family business and one of the UK’s fastest-growing waste management companies, they have a vibrant fun culture where opportunities abound for those who have the ambition and drive to achieve.

This role will be constantly evolving, no two days will be the same so it’s not for the faint-hearted.

This position will pay a salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, with an uncapped bonus scheme.

Your duties will include (but you already knew this):
Key Responsibilities
- Research and prospect new customer appointments
- CRM system management
- Clear pipeline management and reporting

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the waste and recycling industry is advantageous.
- You must show strong sales performance experience
- Excellent customer service
- Microsoft Office 365 and Dynamics CRM system are also advantageous

- You are a people person, interested in others and love building relationships. Technology is your ‘go-to’ if you are an expert on Microsoft Office, including Office 365, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
