As a Recruitment Administrator you will also be responsible for managing your own time while working as an integral member of our recruiting team. This is a busy role that requires you to juggle tasks, prioritise and be organised.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage your own time while working as an integral member of our recruiting team
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure all relevant hiring requirements are met
- Report generation
- Spreadsheet updating
- Problem solving
- Attending meetings and note taking
- Being oncall 1 in 7 days - including weekends
- Internal App usage and dealing with related issues
