The Greenwich Business School are seeking to recruit a Senior Programme Administrator on a fixed term basis for 18 months to provide a high-quality student focused faculty administrative service across all faculty programmes. Working within the vibrant Greenwich Business School, this post is pivotal for the student experience and success within the faculty.

The main responsibility is to provide high standard of support for programme administration and provide leadership to Faculty Programme Administrators, ensuring an effective and efficient service is maintained across Greenwich Business School activities to ensure that students have an excellent customer experience. Also, key to this role is ensuring robust administrative systems, processes, and procedures across the faculty.

Also, pivotal to this role is ensuring and developing robust administrative systems, processes, and procedures to support the Help to Grow programme.

The Senior Programme Administrator role will sit within a high performing Programme Administration team.

The Greenwich Business School is one of four faculties at the University of Greenwich and provides a wide range of postgraduate and undergraduate programmes. The Greenwich Business School is located on the Greenwich Maritime Campus, a UNESCO world heritage site.
