The team

The Performance Management and Information Team is responsible for a wide range of services including monitoring the performance of services across the Integrated Adults and Social Care Services and Children’s Social Care and Lifelong Learning Groups, producing information and statistics to inform decision making, carrying out research projects and development and maintenance of information systems to ensure accurate and effective recording of data.

About the role.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team to assist in the delivery of this work as a Management Information and Research Officer (MIRO) to focus on our preparation for CQC assurance; the role will be key in driving forward progress and to provide a data led approach to CQC assurance and preparation with Integrated Adults and Social Care Services.

Reporting to the Principal MIS Officer (Business Intelligence), the successful applicant will be responsible for the production, analysis, and presentation of performance information, including writing of reports. You will collate and analyse data to ensure that information used across the Group is accurate and up-to-date and will provide advice and solutions to operational staff, providing support to others in the use of IT where appropriate.
