As a member of our **Partner Support Team,** **you’ll be empowered** to manage your own ticket queue, focusing on troubleshooting issues that arise on the Pax8 Platform. Working collaboratively and logically to problem solve, you’ll enjoy juggling multiple tasks, placing tickets with the right line for escalation while providing top notch customer service.

**Day to day your role includes**:

- Being responsible for case management of ticket work queues within ServiceNow
- Ensuring efficient troubleshooting on service desk defined issues (including, but not limited to):

- Billing and invoices queries
- Ordering and Licensing requests and issues
- Pax8 Web portal access and functionality
- Vendor related questions
- Acting as a point of contact for all Pax8 partners and escalate work to other team members and/or vendors when required
- Ensuring all work processes are documented and updated
- Generating knowledge articles around issues experienced by the service desk team
- Driving your own personal development and performance improvements by participating in learning paths on Elev8, taking part in Pax8 L&D programmes, receiving peer or manager coaching, taking on stretch projects or on the job training.

**Requirements**:
**You’ll be ideal for us if you have**:

- A strong Customer Service mindset and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Excelling communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Entry level experience of diagnosing problems with software and potentially cloud products
- Passion for tech - the hunger to learn new software and solutions to further your career.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
- Excellent typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details
- Ability to be self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment
- Highly organised detail-oriented with an ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Ability to grasp complex ideas and change direction quickly in a fast-paced environment
