MGF are currently seeking to recruit a **Hire Desk Administrator** to join the Hire Desk team at our **Avonmouth, Bristol** Depot.

As a **Hire Desk Administrator**, your main responsibility will be to provide an efficient and effective general administrative service to the Hire Desk.

Reporting to the Hire Desk Manager, and supporting the Depot Operations Manager, you will provide an efficient and effective service as part of the Hire Desk team. Your responsibilities will include;
- Liaising with customers and our Technical Sales Team
- Producing hire quotations on our CRM system
- Preparing contracts, from quote through to on-hire stage
- Receiving and processing incoming off-hire requests
- Scheduling transport for both deliveries and collections
- Processing of off-hire paperwork through to damage negotiations where applicable
- Daily preparation of driver’s paperwork
- Liaise with other depots to source kit when necessary
- Educated to ‘A’ Level standard or equivalent
- A professional manner with good communication and people skills,
- PC literate with experience of Microsoft Systems,
- Ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines,
- Local area knowledge for the depot areas served,
- Motivated self-starter with good administration, time management and organisation skills.
